Generating Events

Once all required parameters for a study have been defined, the Run button will become enabled. Click the Run button to start the process of event generation. The results will then appear in the events table.

The events for a Transiting Aspects study are displayed in the image below. To export the events to a CSV file, click the Export button.

Understanding Study Locking​

When events are created, the study becomes locked to prevent a scenario in which the events listed in the events table do not accurately represent the parameter values of the study. This ensures data integrity throughout your research.

To modify the study parameters:

  1. Click the Unlock button
  2. Make your parameter changes
  3. Click Run again to regenerate events with the new parameters
