Refund Policy

At Rhythm Seven Software, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with the Aquila desktop application. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for your purchase of an Aquila license. Please read this policy carefully to understand your eligibility and the refund process.
Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: The refund request must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
- Activation Status: Your license must not have been activated. A license is considered activated once you use the Aquila Activator application to successfully generate and install a license file on any computer. Once an activation has occurred, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit a Request: Use our Contact Form to submit your refund request. Please include the Order ID from your Stripe receipt, the name used for the purchase, and the email address used for the purchase.
- Verification: Our support team will verify your purchase details. We will check that your request is within the seven-day timeframe and confirm in our licensing system that your activation code has not been used to activate the software.
- Processing: If your request is approved, your refund will be processed through Stripe, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. Please note that processing fees charged by Stripe on the original transaction are non-refundable.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email from us once the refund has been successfully processed.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- After Activation: Any purchase where the license has been activated using the Aquila Activator is non-refundable.
- Beyond Seven Days: Refund requests submitted after the seven-day period from the date of purchase are not eligible.
- Trial Versions: Trial versions of Aquila are offered free of charge and are therefore not eligible for refunds.
Additional Information
- License Invalidation: Upon approval of a refund, the associated license and activation code will be permanently invalidated in our system. You will no longer be able to use it to activate or run the software.
